Hey Internet,
Not this Saturday, but the next, is going to have the well-known hour where the world falls into darkness. And no, it's not Judgement Day, it's Earth Hour, a challenge presented to us by the WWF. Basically, all you do is not use anything electric (unfortunately including TV and computer ), for 1 hour, starting at 8.30 pm. And then it's over until the last Saturday of March the next year.
But why do we bother? Is it a waste of time? No, it's not. It represents the fact that we know we can reduce our impact on the Earth, simply by not using electricity for 1 hour.
If you have any more questions about Earth Hour or the WWF, here's the link; http://wwf.org.au/earthhour/
So let me know if your going to do Earth Hour, or if you have any ideas for post topics, in the comments below.
