But there is a difference between being inquisitive and stupid.
The above quote has no real relevance to this post whatsoever, but I believe that more people should be aware of this.
Instead I'd like to teach the world that one of the greatest places to learn about love is the shows/movies that many don't see as a philosophical tool. I'm talking about the geeky stuff. Because there are people in this world (and you could be one of them!) that share character traits with any of the characters.

- Doctor Who: This show taught me that if you truly love somebody, you'd die for them (Rory Williams). You would also stay by their side even if they forgot you and treasure every moment you have with them (River Song). True love, no matter how forbidden, knows no boundaries (the Doctor and Rose). And even when someone leaves your life, you'll never forget how much they were a part of yours (the Doctor with all of his companions)
- The Big Bang Theory: This teaches us that love can be insane, complex and just plain awkward at times, but if it's true it'll remain strong. It also teaches us that ANYONE can find their other half (Sheldon and Amy) (Raj and Lucy). And that anyone, no matter how flawed they may be, can find love (Howard and Bernadette). Plus you may be a total dork to the world, but one day someone you might not expect is going to love you for you (Leonard and Penny)
- Star Wars: NEVER KISS YOUR SISTER!!!!!! And no matter how hard you resist, you can't stop love from getting to you (Han Solo and Leia). And no matter how painful the breakup, that person will always be dear to you (Padme and Anakin).
- Harry Potter: If you love someone, you'll do what you have to in order to protect them , even if it means leaving them (Harry and Ginny). The best of friends can fall in love, even if they drive each other crazy (Ron and Hermione). You'd risk your life for those you truly care about (everyone for Harry and vice versa). And anyone of any type can find love (Hagrid and Madame Maxime)
- Sherlock: Nerds/Englishmen/smart guys are the definition of amazing (Sherlock). The seemingly quiet guys can be the biggest of flirts (John Watson). Someone who catches your eye just once, can impact you forever (Irene Adler and Sherlock). And the hardest thing in the world is watching the one you love ignore you (Molly Hooper for Sherlock).
