Approaching my last year of high school, assessments piling on top of my life like bricks, and what am I doing right now?
PROCRASTINATING!!!!
Yes, just when I planned to finally get studious and truly knuckle down and work hard, life throws things at me like YouTube and social media and friends and hot guys. Then Life says; "Remember how fun these are?"
I should stop listening to imaginary Life and focus on things I should be doing. But I can't. It's hard to work when you're singing along to music, writing a blog post about yourself and your goings-on-of-the-second and coming up with a speech to give to your school.
Yep, I have to come up with a speech to give to my school. About "good advice".
Of all the speech topics in the world, why did the teachers think it was a good idea to make the speech topic "good advice"??
What sort of advice could I possibly divulge to my school? "Chip sandwiches are good for the overall physical/emotional/mental and spiritual health of a person"?
"If you make a farting sound in a test, you will be detention-ed"?
I'm hardly wise and all-knowing. And I don't know how exactly I'll manage to make a decent speech.
And when (if) the impossible happens, you'll be among the first to know.
